bulletChanges to ASP core policies require 2/3 majority of subscribed membership of Business Committee
bulletSecretary may impose 2/3 majority requirement on any significant or controversial issue
bulletMeets via a mailing list separate from the ASP recovery meeting mailing list
bulletElects the members of Business Meeting to the Steering Committee
